Cancellation window: The time shown in the app before which you can cancel without fees.
Dispatched: A Provider has been assigned and is preparing, traveling, or on-site.
No-show: Customer is unavailable or location is inaccessible for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time (unless the service category specifies a different grace period).
Free cancellation: If done before dispatch, no fee applies.
After dispatch: A cancellation fee may apply (covers travel/time; shown at checkout or in category rules).
No-show: May be charged in full or subject to a minimum call-out fee, depending on the service category.
If a Provider cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, QuickFix will:
Try to reassign another Provider on priority, or
Issue a full refund for amounts paid for that booking.
Repeated Provider cancellations may lead to penalties/suspension from the Platform.
You may reschedule before the cancellation window closes, subject to Provider availability.
After dispatch, rescheduling may incur a fee (shown before you confirm the change).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method; typical timeline 7–14 business days (bank/payment-gateway dependent).
Where cash was used (if available), refunds are provided as QuickFix Wallet credit unless otherwise agreed.
Non-refundable: completed services, used consumables/materials, and any administrative/processing fees already incurred.
For partial service or quality disputes, QuickFix may approve a partial refund or free rework per category policy after review.
No penalties apply for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, emergencies, government directives). You may reschedule or receive a refund, as appropriate.
Report issues via in-app chat or email within 24 hours of service completion with photos/notes.
QuickFix may mediate between Customer and Provider and determine outcomes (rework, partial/full refund) per evidence and category rules.
Arranging services or payments off-platform voids eligibility for refunds, rework, and support under this Policy.
This Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions. Where required by Qatari law, local regulations will prevail.
