These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of QuickFix Qatar’s website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform or booking services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
QuickFix Qatar operates a digital marketplace that connects customers (“Customers”) with independent, verified service providers (“Providers”) for home and lifestyle services (e.g., cleaning, beauty, maintenance, moving, pet care, babysitting, and other categories offered from time to time).
Technology Platform Only. QuickFix provides booking, payment, and communication tools.
Independent Providers. Providers are not employees, agents, or representatives of QuickFix. They operate as independent contractors.
Restrictions. Medical/healthcare services and any services restricted by Qatari law are prohibited on the Platform.
You must be 18+ to create an account and use the Platform.
Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
QuickFix may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
All bookings must be made through the Platform.
Prices are shown before confirmation and may include applicable taxes/fees (where required by law).
Payments may be made via cards, wallets, or bank transfer through regulated payment gateways. Cash-on-delivery may be available for selected services/areas.
Customers pay the displayed price; QuickFix may charge Providers a commission for marketplace use.
Invoices/receipts are issued electronically.
Customers may cancel within the cancellation window shown in the app at the time of booking. Late cancellations/no-shows may incur charges.
If a Provider cancels or fails to attend, you are entitled to a refund of the booking value.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method; processing times may vary by payment provider.
Where a service is partially completed or disputed, QuickFix may mediate and determine partial or full refunds according to the Platform’s policies.
Providers must comply with Qatar laws and regulations, including labour, immigration, licensing, and PDPPL (Qatar Personal Data Privacy Protection Law).
Providers are solely responsible for their staff, visas, permits, equipment, insurance, and tax obligations.
Providers must deliver services professionally, safely, and on time, and maintain all required approvals/insurances.
Provide accurate service details and ensure safe, lawful access to the location.
Treat Providers and support staff with respect; use only in-app communication for safety and record-keeping.
Do not exchange direct payments or personal contact details to circumvent the Platform.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Circumvent the Platform by arranging services or payments off-platform.
Post or transmit offensive, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory content.
Interfere with Platform security, attempt to reverse-engineer, or misuse intellectual property.
Violations may result in suspension, termination, and/or legal action.
QuickFix complies with Qatar’s PDPPL and processes personal data to operate the Platform, manage bookings, process payments, and comply with law.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit where applicable, access controls, logging, backups).

QuickFix is not responsible for acts or omissions of Providers, including property damage or personal injury arising from services performed by Providers.
Service contracts are formed directly between Customers and Providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickFix’s total liability related to a disputed booking is limited to the marketplace commission earned on that booking.
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
All rights in the Platform, software, logo, brand, text, images, and other content are owned by or licensed to QuickFix Qatar. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or use our IP except as permitted under these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where:
These Terms or applicable laws are violated;
Fraud, abuse, safety risks, or illegal activity are suspected;
Required licenses, documents, or verifications are expired, invalid, or not provided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Parties will first seek an amicable resolution through QuickFix customer support.
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration in Doha, Qatar under the rules of the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA).
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Doha, Qatar; the language shall be English (with Arabic translation where required by law).

QuickFix may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
